Designed as part of an EPC project by Jiangsu Ruiding Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., this burner system is engineered for continuous, stable operation in harsh industrial environments. The system incorporates automated ignition, flame monitoring, and air-fuel ratio adjustment capabilities to optimize combustion performance and minimize maintenance costs.
Through optimized burner head design and heat recovery configuration, the system achieves thermal efficiency exceeding 95% while significantly reducing NOx emissions, complying with stringent local and international environmental standards.
Working Principle
The burner introduces a precisely controlled mixture of air and fuel through specialized nozzle systems. After ignition, the combustion chamber stabilizes the flame while maintaining optimal turbulence and mixing to ensure complete combustion.
The resulting hot flue gas can be directed to heat exchangers, furnaces, catalytic systems, or recuperative oxidation processes to recover residual heat. The integrated control system dynamically adjusts parameters including air flow, fuel pressure, and combustion temperature to enhance both safety and efficiency.
