Product Overview
This waste heat boiler is specially engineered for industrial waste gas heat recovery, utilizing advanced heat exchange technology to convert high-temperature flue gas waste heat into steam or hot water. The system significantly improves energy utilization efficiency while reducing operational costs for energy-intensive industries including steel, chemical, and cement production.
Technical Application
Designed for methanol to olefins (DMTO) units, this waste heat boiler recovers high-temperature flue gas from CO incinerators to generate 52.7t/h of medium-pressure superheated steam (4.1MPa, 420°C). The system produces 30.25t/h of saturated steam and 22.45t/h of external saturated steam, while delivering 22.9t/h of preheated boiler feed water to meet process steam requirements and energy conservation objectives.
System Design & Configuration
The boiler features a "П" type layout with modular heating surface components including steam drum, front/rear water protection sections, high/low-temperature superheaters, evaporation section, and high/low-temperature economizers. A water spray desuperheater between superheater stages ensures precise steam temperature control, while shock wave soot blowers maintain optimal heat transfer efficiency by preventing dust accumulation.
