Product Introduction
This waste heat boiler recovers thermal energy from high-temperature flue gas generated in CO incinerators of methanol to olefins (DMTO) units. The system produces 65.3t/h of medium-pressure superheated steam (4.5MPa, 420°C), generating 38.95t/h of saturated steam and 26.35t/h of external saturated steam. Additionally, 26.89t/h of hot water is transported from the preheating boiler feed water to meet process steam requirements and support energy conservation.
The boiler employs a "П" type structural layout with steam drum, front and rear water-cooled protection sections. The heating surface system features modular design with sequential arrangement of high-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater, evaporation section, high-temperature economizer, and low-temperature economizer. Precise steam temperature control is achieved through water spray cooling between superheaters, while high-frequency shock wave soot blowing maintains heat transfer efficiency by continuously removing dust from heat exchange surfaces.
