The front furnace section utilizes a modular membrane water-cooled wall suspension system, forming a three-level gradient heat exchange system (superheater-evaporator-condensing economizer) with the rear heat exchange unit. The tail heating surface employs corrosion-resistant alloy support frames.
The combustion system incorporates a dual-fuel adaptive low-nitrogen burner combined with graded wind distribution cyclone technology for efficient exhaust gas incineration. Pressure-bearing components feature a full suspension and elastic support composite structure, with the boiler drum fixed to the steel structure top via hydraulic self-balancing hangers.
