Product Features
The system employs a double flue five-stage heat exchange configuration (evaporator → superheater → plate-type exhaust gas preheater → economizer → tubular exhaust gas preheater) to achieve comprehensive flue gas heat utilization from 850°C to 130°C, delivering a rated thermal efficiency of 83%. Through multi-media synergistic heat exchange technology combining tubular and plate dual-mode preheaters, external saturated steam (182.5t/h) and self-produced steam (55.5t/h) are mixed to form 430°C superheated steam, perfectly suited for chemical industry, metallurgy and other high-energy consumption applications.
