Product Introduction
This 50 t/h medium-temperature, medium-pressure gas-fired boiler features a natural circulation system, single drum design, horizontal flue passage, longitudinal drum arrangement, full membrane wall structure, and slightly pressurized combustion. Key design features include:
- Steam Pre-Separation & Drum Connection: Top connecting pipes of the water tube system link to the lower header via vertical risers, directing pre-separated steam above the drum water level to prevent submergence during evaporation.
- Steam Drying & Separation: Steam passes through integrated separators (cyclone separators, corrugated plate separators) above the drum water level, achieving ≥95% steam dryness.
- Tubular System & Thermal Balance: A fully welded network of connecting pipes, headers, and water-cooled walls employs synchronous expansion design (aligned with drum expansion) to neutralize thermal stress. Insulated pipes and headers require no additional maintenance.
