As a core component of Jiangsu Ruiding's catalytic incineration systems, our plate heat exchangers handle exhaust gases containing propylene, propane, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, acetic acid, and acrylic acid on the cold side, while managing hot flue gas from catalytic reactions on the hot side.
With catalysts being highly sensitive to temperature variations, our heat exchangers maintain temperature stability within ±2℃ of design specifications before and after catalytic reactions, ensuring optimal reaction efficiency.
