The core configuration of Jiangsu Ruiding catalytic incineration device features a plate heat exchanger. The cold side treats waste gas containing propylene organic matter and aldehydes/organic acid compounds (VOCs concentration 4.2-16.3% LEL), while the hot side connects to 480-520°C catalytic post-purification flue gas. Due to the high temperature sensitivity of the catalyst (requiring ±2°C control precision), the integrated waste gas preheating system achieves temperature fluctuations ≤±1.8°C (GB/T 20109 standard verification).
