Plate thickness is customized according to pressure levels (0.5-3mm) with fully automated welding process ensuring stable operation under extreme conditions from -196℃ to 350℃, strong corrosion, and high viscosity environments.

Product Introduction
As a core component of Jiangsu Ruiding's catalytic incineration systems, this plate heat exchanger handles exhaust gases containing propylene, propane, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, acetic acid, and acrylic acid on the cold side, while managing hot flue gas from catalytic reactions on the hot side.
With catalyst sensitivity to temperature variations, this preheater maintains temperature stability within ±2℃ of design specifications, ensuring optimal reaction efficiency.
