Designed specifically for high-salt wastewater incineration flue gas characteristics (containing 3-5 times more sodium chloride/sulfate particles than conventional dust, prone to Cl⁻ stress corrosion), our modular plate heat exchanger features enhanced pillow plates with optimized flow channel design. With channel heights of 25-35mm and corrugated plates overlapping at 30°-45°, dust flow rates reach 0.8-1.2m/s (exceeding the 0.5m/s supercritical value), achieving over 60% reduction in deposition rates.
