Bulk Solid Plate Heat Exchanger is an advanced type of plate heat exchanger specifically designed for efficient indirect heat transfer involving bulk granules and powder flow products. This technology utilizes gravity-fed product movement through a stack of laser-welded plates to achieve effective heating or cooling of solid particles, making it ideal for various industries that handle granular or powdered materials.

The bulk solid heat exchanger features upgraded duplex steel DSS2205 with 50% higher corrosion resistance than conventional stainless steel. It withstands long-term erosion from strong acid and alkali media in fertilizer and chemical industries. The 15mm wide plate spacing customized flow channel design effectively solves clogging problems with high-viscosity particles, improving anti-clogging efficiency by 30%. Combined with all-laser welding and sealing technology (ASME compliant), it achieves near-zero leakage rates, eliminating dust leakage and medium contamination risks.

Ruiding has established the Jiangsu Province Clean Incineration Resource Engineering Technology Center and the Key Laboratory of the JICUI-Ruidings Joint Innovation Center. This laboratory is equipped with advanced detection equipment including ICP inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry, high-temperature combustion ion chromatography analyzer, high-temperature combustion rate analyzer, and rapid equilibrium flash point tester.
