Technical Design
This waste heat boiler adopts a "Л"-shaped layout, incorporating a steam drum, high-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater, Evaporator 1 to Evaporator 5, High-temperature Economizer 1, High-temperature Economizer 2, Low-temperature Economizer 1, and Low-temperature Economizer 2. The heating surface equipment employs a modular structure. For precise regulation of superheater outlet steam temperature, a spray-type attemperator is installed between the high-temperature and low-temperature superheaters. To maintain heat transfer efficiency, shock wave soot blowers and acoustic soot blowers are arranged between heating surface modules for effective ash deposit removal.
