Product Introduction
The economizer-A features an external thermal insulation modular box structure constructed from Q235B steel, supported on frame crossbeams via four support feet. The pressure-bearing section includes 24 tube banks arranged in 14 longitudinal rows with finned tube structure. Base tube specifications are Φ42×5 made of 20G steel (GB/T 5310), with fin material 08Al. Both inlet and outlet headers are Φ219×16, constructed from 20G steel (GB/T 5310).
The heating surface employs a horizontal serpentine tube configuration with in-line counterflow arrangement. Flue gas passes through the heat exchange tube bundle of economizer-A from bottom to top.
