Product Introduction
The QC18/1200-14.4-1.2/220 waste heat boiler is designed to utilize flue gas waste heat from incineration processes in chemical plants. It generates low-pressure saturated steam that integrates into the plant's steam network to support production processes.
This vertical-arranged boiler employs natural water circulation. After cooling in the waste heat boiler, the flue gas proceeds to subsequent treatment processes.
Featuring single drum natural circulation and open-air layout, the boiler incorporates five-level flue gas channels. Channels 1-4 utilize full membrane water-cooled wall structures: Channel 1 is lined with castables for controlled cooling to maintain bottom slag hopper temperature ≥950°C for effective molten salt discharge; Channels 2 and 3 provide cavity cooling to reduce flue gas temperature 100°C below ash melting point, preventing tail heating surface slagging; Channel 4 includes a two-stage evaporator; Channel 5 contains a first-stage superheater and third-stage economizer. Flue gas enters from Channel 1 top and exits horizontally from Channel 5 bottom after cascade heat exchange.
