Designed specifically for chlorine/sulfur chemical waste incineration, this boiler incorporates advanced corrosion protection with a one-channel corrosion-resistant casting layer and four-channel corrosion-resistant tube bundle. The integrated rapid cooling and ammonia spray interfaces in the second and third channels enable flue gas temperature reduction from 950°C to below 600°C, preventing dioxin resynthesis. The final section features an enamel economizer that resists low-temperature dew point corrosion below 200°C.
