Product Overview
This specialized boiler is engineered for waste heat utilization from gas and liquid waste incineration in the chemical industry. Through a vertical gravity-driven fluid circulation system, recovered energy is converted into low-pressure saturated steam and integrated into plant pipeline networks to meet continuous production thermal energy requirements.
Technical Design Features
The system employs a vertical five-stage flue gas treatment path with self-driven water circulation architecture. The cooled flue gas after heat exchange is directed to downstream purification units.
Five-Stage Heat Exchange System
- Stage 1 - Enhanced Heat Storage: Limited cooling water-cooled wall system with refractory castables to maintain flue gas temperature ≥950°C for molten salt slag discharge
- Stage 2-3 - Phase Change Control: Cavity-type rapid cooling structure that gradually cools flue gas to 100°C below ash melting point to prevent tail heating surface coking
- Stage 4 - Evaporation Enhancement: Double-circuit evaporation unit integrated at the top
- Stage 5 - Terminal Energy Extraction: Equipped with primary superheater and three-stage economizer group
