Through the coordinated temperature control system of water-cooled wall radiation heat exchange and superheater convection heat exchange, the stability of superheated steam output is guaranteed under high-pressure conditions, adapting to stringent requirements for precise temperature control in fine chemicals and special materials production.
Based on a vertical open-air integrated architecture (drum in the center + economizer/superheater vertical stacking), this boiler utilizes box-type economizer quick-release interface technology (flange seal + slide rail positioning) that allows independent replacement of second/third/fourth-stage economizer modules, reducing maintenance downtime by 70%. The multi-media collaborative temperature control system (water-cooled wall radiation heat exchange + superheater convection heat exchange) stably outputs 400℃ superheated steam under 4.6MPa high-pressure conditions, with temperature fluctuation of ≤±5℃.
