Product Introduction
Pillow plates are formed by spot welding two metal plates using laser or resistance welding, combined with hydraulic expansion to create wavy flow channels. This design provides excellent sealing, structural stability, high pressure resistance (100 Bar), and high temperature tolerance (800℃).
Single-layer Embossed Plate: Features a thicker base plate (≥2mm) with expanded top thin plate, ideal for jacketed containers and static heat transfer applications.

Double-layer Embossed Plate: Symmetrically expanded thin plates form modular heat exchanger stacking units for dynamic heat transfer requirements.
