Product Structure & Operation
Structure
Single-drum vertical membrane wall boiler featuring drum, water-cooled wall, superheater, and economizer with main pipeline. The drum is positioned at the top of the tail steel structure.
Flue Gas Flow
Waste heat flue gas enters from the water-cooled wall radiation section, exchanges heat with the superheater tube bundle, proceeds to subsequent treatment devices, and undergoes step-by-step heat exchange through economizers 1, 2, and 3.
Water Circulation
Feed water passes through economizer 3, 2, and 1, then to the drum, downcomer, membrane wall, upcomer, and back to drum for steam-water separation. Saturated steam moves to superheater, producing superheated steam for the pipe network.
