Combined with low-nitrogen combustion technology, membrane wall boilers achieve low NOx emissions and meet stringent environmental regulations. Single-drum vertical membrane wall boiler featuring drum, water-cooled wall, superheater, and economizer with main pipeline. The drum is positioned at the top of the tail steel structure.

Waste heat flue gas enters from the water-cooled wall radiation section, exchanges heat with the superheater tube bundle, proceeds to subsequent treatment devices, and undergoes step-by-step heat exchange through economizers 1, 2, and 3.

Feed water passes through economizer 3, 2, and 1, then to the drum, downcomer, membrane wall, upcomer, and back to drum for steam-water separation. Saturated steam moves to superheater, producing superheated steam for the pipe network.

Vertical membrane wall waste heat boiler with membrane wall as the heating surface. Features compact structure, high thermal efficiency, and easy installation with steam drum placed on top of steel structure.

Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure scenarios including industrial waste heat recovery, large-scale central heating, and chemical production. Single-unit steam capacity ranges from 10 to 200 tons.
