This direct-fired furnace offers exceptional fuel adaptability, capable of utilizing conventional natural gas and fuel oil as well as biomass fuels. It delivers stable combustion, reliable energy output, and high thermal efficiency with rapid heating response for emergency production needs.

This comprehensive facility integrates an incinerator, membrane wall boiler, waste gas preheater, air preheater, SCR system, bag filter, economizer, and deaerator within a 60m×30m footprint. Utilizing the TO process, it efficiently processes 2.1 t/h of combined waste liquid streams and 40,000 Nm³/h of waste gas while generating approximately 39 t/h of superheated steam at 4.0 MPaG and 425°C.
Operating Principle
The Direct Thermal Oxidizer (DTO) heats the combustion chamber to operating temperature using fuel. Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are then introduced and decompose into CO₂ and water at high temperatures, releasing significant thermal energy. External heat exchangers and boilers recover this energy from the purified flue gas for enhanced efficiency.
Ruiding provides customized VOCs treatment solutions based on airflow, composition, concentration, and removal efficiency requirements. When waste gas concentration is sufficiently high, the system can operate without additional fuel through self-sustaining combustion at moderate Lower Explosive Limits.
