The Direct Thermal Oxidizer (DTO) initially heats the combustion chamber to the designated temperature using fuel. Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are then introduced and decompose into CO₂ and water at high temperatures, releasing substantial thermal energy. External equipment including heat exchangers and boilers recover this thermal energy from purified high-temperature flue gas, achieving significant energy savings and reduced consumption.
Ruiding provides customized, cost-effective VOCs treatment solutions based on airflow, composition, concentration, and desired removal efficiency. When waste gas concentration reaches sufficient levels, the system can operate without additional fuel input, maintaining furnace temperature through self-sustaining combustion at moderate Lower Explosive Limits.
Ruiding operates the Jiangsu Province Clean Incineration Resource Engineering Technology Center and the JICUI-Ruidings Joint Innovation Center Key Laboratory.
