In the metallurgical industry, rotary kilns are primarily used for processing metal slag, roasting sulfide ores, and direct reduction ironmaking. Our rotary kiln demonstrates strong adaptability to various raw materials, capable of processing ores of different grades and particle sizes while enabling continuous operation to reduce energy consumption and costs.
The rotary kiln system enables centralized harmless disposal and energy recovery for multi-source mixed hazardous waste (solid/liquid/gas/domestic waste) in chemical plant areas. Through the integrated process chain of rotary kiln incineration, waste heat boiler steam co-generation, and multi-stage flue gas purification, it achieves the green production goal of "zero external transportation within the factory" for hazardous waste.
| Total hazardous waste disposal | 12,000 tons/year |
| Waste liquid/waste gas/solid waste treatment | 9 categories including domestic waste, hazardous solid waste, sludge, waste liquid, and waste gas |
| Waste heat recovery | 6.9 tons/hour (2.5MPa saturated steam) |
| Site area | 32m×97m (highly intensive layout) |
| Incineration core | Rotary kiln + secondary combustion chamber (temperature ≥1100°C) |
| Emission standards | Compliant with EU and China's "Hazardous Waste Incineration Pollution Control Standards" (GB 18484-2020) |
A rotary kiln features a long, inclined cylinder that rotates to uniformly heat waste materials in high-temperature environments. During waste treatment, high-temperature combustion effectively decomposes and processes organic materials and other components. The kiln's design ensures waste remains in high-temperature conditions for optimal duration, guaranteeing thorough combustion while effectively neutralizing hazardous substances.
Ruiding has independently developed a rotary kiln that combines traditional advantages with significant technological advancements. Our system incorporates high-temperature grate technology, elevating the traditional second-stage combustion chamber to a more efficient second-stage furnace, resulting in improved ash burnout rates and enhanced incineration efficiency.
The chain-type evaporator addresses inadequate air-waste contact in traditional rotary kilns, optimizing waste heat exchange and combustion effectiveness while preventing slag formation. This innovation significantly boosts both combustion efficiency and equipment lifespan, offering high operational uptime and user-friendly maintenance for medium to large-capacity processing needs.
Ruiding operates the Jiangsu Province Clean Incineration Resource Engineering Technology Center and JICUI-Ruidings Joint Innovation Center. Our laboratories feature advanced detection equipment including ICP inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and comprehensive analysis capabilities for heavy metals, elemental composition, and combustion characteristics.
