Operating Principle
The rotary kiln features a long, inclined cylinder that rotates to uniformly heat waste materials in a high-temperature environment. During operation, high-temperature combustion effectively decomposes and processes organic materials and other waste components. The kiln's design ensures waste remains in the high-temperature zone for optimal duration, guaranteeing complete combustion while effectively neutralizing hazardous substances.
Ruiding's independently developed rotary kiln incorporates all traditional rotary kiln incinerator advantages while achieving significant advancements in heat exchange and ash burnout rates.
