Our bulging plates are available in diverse materials including carbon steel, various stainless steel grades, ND steel, and titanium alloy plates. Each material offers distinct advantages: stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance for corrosive media environments, while titanium alloy delivers high strength with exceptional temperature resistance.
Manufacturing incorporates advanced laser welding technology for precision connections, followed by bulging technology to eliminate welding stress. This ensures reliable performance across various operating conditions, meeting heat exchange requirements from conventional industrial production to specialized environments.
Technical Innovation
Specifically engineered for high-salt wastewater incineration flue gas containing 3-5 times the sodium chloride/sulfate particles of conventional dust (prone to Cl⁻ stress corrosion), our modular plate heat exchanger features optimized bulging plates and flow channel design. With channel heights of 25-35mm and corrugated plates at 30°-45° overlap, we achieve dust flow rates of 0.8-1.2m/s (exceeding the 0.5m/s supercritical value), reducing deposition rates by over 60%.

Flue gas flow 28,446 Nm³/h with cold side at 25,400 Nm³/h. Flow channel design balances dust passability with heat exchange efficiency. Hot side resistance 300Pa, cold side 1000Pa - pressure drop optimization through plate corrugation reduces fan energy consumption.
