High Performance Dimple Steel Plate with Superior Heat Exchange Efficiency
Pillow Plates, also known as Dimple Plates or Bulged Plates, are specialized heat exchange surfaces designed for a variety of industrial applications. These plates are fabricated through an innovative inflation process where two thin metal sheets are spot-welded together across their entire surface using either laser or resistance welding techniques.
Product Overview
The improved and upgraded bulging plates are welded into wide channel plate heat exchangers for use in salty wastewater incineration devices. Since the wastewater contains a large amount of inorganic salts, high concentrations of dust are generated in the flue gas after incineration, and the salt easily corrodes metal materials. The wide channel plate heat exchanger effectively controls the dust accumulation problem on the flue gas side by controlling the flue gas side spacing and plate height.
