The Gas to Gas Pillow Plate Heat Exchanger (Pillow GGH) is a highly efficient and compact solution designed for heat transfer between two gas streams. This innovative heat exchanger utilizes two stainless steel sheets that are laser-welded together, forming inflated patterns that create turbulent flow channels. These features maximize thermal efficiency and make the Pillow GGH ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
Product Introduction
This project adopts Ruiding's salt-containing wastewater incineration system. Since the incinerated materials contain inorganic salts, the resulting flue gas exhibits both high dust concentration and corrosive properties that can damage metal components.
The GGH heat exchanger uses Rayton's bulging plates as heat exchange elements. By controlling the flow rate, spacing, plate height, and other parameters on the flue gas side, the dust accumulation problem is effectively controlled. In this application, the cold side of the heat exchanger uses air, while the hot side handles high-dust flue gas.
