The pillow-shaped plate structure of this heat exchanger provides excellent anti-vibration performance, making it particularly suitable for industrial environments with vibration sources. Even under complex working conditions such as fan vibration and pipeline fluctuations, the special connection method and structural strength between plates effectively prevent leakage and damage. The anti-scaling surface treatment technology reduces dirt adhesion on plate surfaces, maintaining long-term stable heat exchange efficiency. The high-sealing design eliminates gas leakage, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the heat exchange process.
Product Introduction
In industrial applications, impurities in exhaust gas or high-temperature conditions can cause plate adhesion and blockage, requiring regular cleaning. Conventional plate heat exchangers are limited by manufacturing processes and cannot withstand high pressures, relying only on water flushing with limited cleaning effectiveness and high water waste. Our improved manufacturing process creates an air-to-air pillow plate heat exchanger with high pressure bearing capacity on the slab side, supporting chemical boiling and washing processes to significantly reduce cleaning costs and improve efficiency.
