This EPC project by Jiangsu Ruiding Environmental Engineering Co. for Qingdao Siyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. treats volatile emissions from chemical manufacturing processes and product loading/transportation operations. The innovative "cryogenic + CO" off-gas treatment process replaces traditional cryogenic adsorption technology, ensuring compliance with Qingdao emission standards while minimizing operational costs.
Operating Principle
The system preheats VOC-containing gas through a heat exchanger before entering the catalytic recuperative oxidizer. The preheated gas reaches catalyst working temperature (250-305°C), where pollutants undergo exothermic conversion to carbon dioxide and water vapor. Clean hot flue gas then transfers thermal energy to incoming air through the heat exchanger before atmospheric discharge.
