Product Introduction
Custom-designed for 100,000 tons/year MMA (methyl methacrylate) units, this system employs RTO thermal storage oxidation with waste liquid coordinated incineration for high-concentration organic waste liquid and process waste gas. The process completely decomposes MMA by-products at 1100°C and utilizes waste heat boilers to recover flue gas heat, producing industrial-grade superheated steam while achieving simultaneous waste treatment and energy regeneration.

Operating Principle
The RTO system consists of insulated chambers filled with high-temperature ceramic media. Polluted air enters through an energy recovery chamber where ceramic media preheats it before reaching the oxidation chamber. The oxidation reaction converts pollutants into CO₂ and water vapor, releasing thermal energy.
Hot, clean gas exits through a second recovery bed, transferring heat to the ceramic media. In the next cycle, the process reverses direction, utilizing stored heat to preheat incoming air. This alternating flow pattern completes preheating, oxidation, heat storage, and release stages, maximizing thermal energy reuse and reducing fuel consumption.
Automatic diverter valves controlled by PLC systems maintain optimal heat recovery efficiency through regular flow direction switching.
